We “A cup of Refreshing Outreach Ministry” will reach, elevate and reproduce within our community and its surrounding areas a people who are inspired as well as equipped with the truth of Christ. Which will enable change that is refreshing, and will empower those that are disenfranchised. Build stronger families, empowering men to stand strong for their families. Times of Refreshing will come when the pain to remain the same becomes greater than the pain to change.
